This Privacy Policy explains how Zelpo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Zelpo is a puzzle game application designed for users who enjoy Tower of Hanoi challenges, helping improve logical thinking and spatial reasoning while providing entertainment and progressive difficulty. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in a way that respects your privacy.
Zelpo may collect information you provide directly, such as content you submit for gameplay features, support requests, or account-related communications if applicable. We may also collect limited automatically generated data, such as device details, app version, crash information, diagnostic logs, performance statistics, and usage data needed to keep the app working properly.
The app may use cookies or similar technologies where needed to support essential functionality, remember preferences, or improve performance. If any web-based components are used, those technologies may help maintain sessions or analyze basic interaction patterns. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Uploaded content is deleted after processing is completed. Generated results may be stored in your history so you can view past activity, and you may delete that history at any time if the feature is available.
Temporary processing data is removed after the processing task is finished. Crash logs and diagnostic records may be retained for up to 12 months to help us analyze stability issues and improve the app. Support messages and related correspondence may be kept for up to 6 months, unless a longer retention period is required to resolve an ongoing issue or meet legal obligations.

If Zelpo uses AI-assisted features, processing is performed only on our internal servers. We do not use third-party AI providers for these functions. Any data used for AI processing is deleted after the processing is completed, and it is not used to train machine learning or AI models.

When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy in the app or provide another appropriate notice. Your continued use of Zelpo after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
