By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zelpo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. Your continued use of Zelpo after any update to this Agreement will also constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Zelpo at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, misused the service, or engaged in conduct that may harm the app, other users, or our rights. You may stop using Zelpo at any time. Termination of access does not relieve you of obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.
Zelpo is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations or that any defects will be corrected.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide through Zelpo. By providing such content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, temporary license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and support the app. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to your use of Zelpo. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zelpo, its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the app, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
To use Zelpo, you must be at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the app on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on their behalf. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use Zelpo solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and puzzle-solving purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement, and you may not use the app in any way that exceeds the scope of this license.
Zelpo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, that access will be continuous or secure, or that any particular feature will remain available. We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the service at any time, including for maintenance, technical changes, or operational reasons.
Zelpo may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchase (“IAP”), including coins or similar virtual items. Such items are consumable, have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold outside the app. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we may update the effective date or otherwise provide notice as appropriate. Your continued access to or use of Zelpo after the revised terms become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
You must not use Zelpo for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code; using bots, scripts, cheats, exploits, or automation to interfere with gameplay; uploading harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; disrupting the service or other users’ experience; and attempting to bypass security or access controls. You may not use the app to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Any outputs, hints, solutions, recommendations, scores, or other results produced by Zelpo are generated automatically and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that such results are complete, accurate, optimal, or suitable for any particular purpose. Any reliance on these outputs is at your own risk, and you remain responsible for verifying them before acting on them.
You are solely responsible for any content, data, or material you submit through Zelpo and for the consequences of submitting it. You should ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such material and that it does not violate law, third-party rights, or this Agreement. We are not responsible for monitoring or reviewing user-provided content, but we may remove or restrict content that we believe is inappropriate or unlawful.
Zelpo is a puzzle game application designed for enthusiasts of brain-teasing challenges. It presents Tower of Hanoi-style problem solving within the classic rules framework, encouraging users to exercise logical reasoning, spatial awareness, and strategic planning.
The app combines relaxed play with progressively more demanding challenges, allowing users to enjoy casual entertainment while also pursuing deeper puzzle mastery. Features, levels, and gameplay elements may evolve over time as we refine the experience for users.
Zelpo, including its design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you in this Agreement, no ownership or other rights in the app are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app except as expressly permitted in writing.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to Zelpo will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable laws require otherwise.
